Réal serves as Norwegian’s senior public relations manager and is responsible for developing and executing the overall public relations strategy for the United States. She is a seasoned forward-thinking, results-oriented professional with an extensive background spanning several industries, including travel, finance, lifestyle and fashion.

With 18 years of experience and a proven record of accomplishments, Réal has an instinct for newsworthy elements. She possess an ability to build strong media relationships and has secured several placements in the New York Times, Condé Nast Traveler and on Fox Business Network’s Risk & Reward, CNN Business Traveller, Bloomberg’s Market Makers and CNBC’s Closing Bell and Fast Money, among others.

Prior to joining Norwegian, Réal was the director of communications at ShopKeep where she led the company’s strategic communications planning process and successfully launched the quarterly ShopKeep Small Business Index. She was also a member of JetBlue’s corporate communications team for four years, where she was a part of a cross-departmental team that launched Mint, JetBlue’s transcontinental premium service, and onboarded a new aircraft type.

Born in Antigua, Réal was raised and currently resides in New York City. She is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Masters of Science in Communications Studies. A proponent for life-long learning, Réal also prepares the next generation of public relations professionals by sharing her industry knowledge and experience as an adjunct lecturer at St. John’s University.

An airline brat at heart, Réal has visited 38 countries and is constantly planning her next getaway. When she’s not spanning the globe, you can find Réal relaxing at home with her daughter.
